Security

You sign in to LMI Professionals with your LMI account, the same one you use for every LMI Network product. LMI Accounts supports two-step verification and passkeys; we recommend turning them on.

Sessions are kept in encrypted cookies that scripts cannot read, and signing out ends your session everywhere it was copied.

• All traffic is encrypted in transit, and uploaded files are encrypted at rest.
• Our application servers and database are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland, and web traffic passes through Cloudflare.
• Access to production systems is limited to the staff who need it, by role.
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
