Michael Fang is an Expert Advisor at Doway & Partners, a Fellow of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR), a law Professor in China, and an Associated Researcher at the Cyberjustice Laboratory of the Université de Montréal. He is an inaugural mediator with the Beijing Belt and Road International Commercial Mediation Center and an arbitrator with the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission. He is also a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), an inaugural member of the Executive Committee of its Computational Law Committee, and an expert member of the Inclusive Global Legal Innovation Platform on Online Dispute Resolution (iGLIP on ODR), an initiative launched by the HKSAR Department of Justice’s Project Office for Collaboration with UNCITRAL.
