("LMI Network," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Information in connection with the LMI Professionals directory platform and related services. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process your Personal Information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
Registration Information
Name, email address, password, and optional profile information. For professionals, this includes credentials, practice areas, and professional background.
Profile Data
Professional profiles may include education, certifications, languages, location, biography, and profile images uploaded by users.
Device and Technical Information
IP address, browser, OS, device identifiers, and basic event logs required for security and service delivery.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and functional cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information to:
- Set up and secure your account and authenticate you
- Display professional profiles in search results and directory listings
- Connect clients with verified legal professionals
- Communicate about service-related matters (updates, notices, support)
- Protect the Service and users, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share Personal Information for advertising
- We do not create behavioral profiles for marketing purposes
- We do not train AI models on your personal data
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose Personal Information only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law:
- Service Providers: cloud hosting, security, storage, and email delivery under confidentiality obligations
- Public Directory: professional profiles are displayed publicly to help clients find legal help
- Legal: to comply with valid legal process; we limit disclosures to what is required
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or similar event, subject to continued protection
4. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Upon request and where technically feasible, we will delete or de-identify Personal Information, subject to legal holds and backup constraints.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access a copy of your Personal Information
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information
- Request deletion (subject to legal obligations)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Port data in a common, machine-readable format
