I may be a neophyte when it comes to online mediation, but I have been a practicing court-annexed mediator (CAM) since 2016. My first mediation training took place in 2012. Between this period and the time I started engaging in court-annexed mediation, I handled cases involving Filipino migrant workers as an intern-mediator. I also worked as a neutral to parties in consumer complaints at a Philippine government agency. As CAM, I mediate between parties to civil cases and select criminal cases. I also attend refresher and advanced mediation training courses every after two years of service. I have also attended training seminars on arbitration.
